  • Plants: If plants are received damaged upon delivery, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • Seeds: No refunds or returns are offered for seeds, as their germination and growth depend on multiple environmental factors beyond our control.

3. Reporting Damages

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any damage to grow bags or plants.
  • Proof of damage (such as photos or videos) must be provided to process a refund or replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Failure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Issues arising from improper use, handling, or environmental conditions after delivery.
  • All sales of seeds are final and non-refundable.
