  • All seeds and plants are natural products, and growth results may vary depending on external factors such as climate, soil, water, and care.
  • Product images shown on our website, brochures, or listings are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product may differ slightly.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • GST is applicable as per government regulations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ensure safe and timely dispatch of all products.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics providers.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Grow Bags: Refund/replacement only if received in a damaged condition.
  • Plants: Refund/replacement only if received in a damaged condition.
  • Seeds: No refunds or returns, as germination depends on external factors.
  • Customers must report damages within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • No claims will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must follow the care instructions for seeds and plants provided by us or generally recommended.
  • We are not responsible for failure in plant/seeds growth due to environmental or handling issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SS Manufacturer and Exports shall not be held liable for:
    • Losses caused due to improper usage of products.
    • Natural factors affecting plant growth.
    • Delays in delivery due to courier/logistics companies.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
